A pair of experienced facilitators will guide participants through well-paced sessions by providing a structured approach to maximize a participant's learning as together the cohort cocreates transformation improvements and improve participant’s capacity to lead change. Facilitators are experienced with applying techniques for effective small group cocreating sessions drawn from Design Thinking, Liberating Structures, Open Space, Catalytic Conversations, Conscious Leadership, the principles of transforming complex systems, and other sources. Participants receive the additional benefit that techniques used by the Cohort facilitators and other participants may also be useful in their own work leading transformation.
